I have over twenty years’ experience within Further Education; managing teams and assessing and verifying in a variety of skill areas. I have considerable experience planning and delivering training - providing detailed lesson plans and constructive student feedback - for both the employed and JCP clients.I am adaptable and versatile, being able to apply my skills and experience to a variety of scenarios. I also pride myself in my excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
