This is a dual role in the Tax Processing Department as well as an Administrative Assistant Role. Operations Assistant in Tax Processing duties include: Working with CCH ProSystem fx Suite, XCM Workflow, to process clients tax information and documents. Administrative Assistant duties include, but are not limited to: support for remote employees, COO, Marketing & HR. Processing incoming mail, maintaining client meeting calendar, client check in with Virtual Reception for contact tracing, managing general voicemail, general office support.

Working on a team to create content used to advertise services to current and potential customers. Utilizing social media and email through Salesforce Pardot to acquire leads for the sales team.
