I am passionate about helping people navigate expanding their families. Supporting individuals and families through fertility challenges, pregnancy, adoption, and the postpartum period. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Supervisor in Austin, TX at my private practice, Castell Therapy. In addition to individual and family counseling, I also mentor LMFT-Associates, host mama+baby postpartum groups, and courses for planning the 4th trimester. I am EMDR and PMH trained, and am also currently getting my certification in the RETAIN Parental Leave method to help companies and employees better navigate all parts of parental leave.
