• Analyzed data from the National Survey of Children’s Health in SAS and SAS-callable SUDAAN to understand the prevalence of mental, behavioral, and developmental disorders among a nationally representative sample of children with and without heart conditions and associated risk factors (MPH Thesis)• Replicated 6 quantitative analyses in SAS and SAS-callable SUDAAN to verify results related to the wellbeing of individuals with congenital heart defects (CHD) prior to CDC manuscript publications• Generated over 30 bi-weekly literature updates on current epidemiological research regarding prenatal screening, quality of life, and healthcare access and outcomes for individuals with CHD• Completed literature reviews on CHD research topics including bullying experiences of children with CHD, socioeconomic disparities in healthcare outcomes, inequalities in survival rates, coding methodologies for preventive care, and changes in CHD care utilization during the COVID-19 pandemic

• Produced a 31-page mixed-methods report evaluating 3 novel initiatives by the ReachAnother Foundation, an NGO aiming to prevent neural tube defects and to deliver improved treatment and aftercare for babies with spina bifida and hydrocephalus at 6 hospital centers across Ethiopia
