- Directs and manages university advancement services & communications and provides professional support to the staff and Foundation in implementing financial processes, special events, prospect management, donor recognition, donor stewardship, grant application and reporting, constituent communication and other related activities including development and foundation research, database management and financial reporting- Facilitates access and provides training on the University’s fundraising database (Raiser’s Edge)- Manage/oversee various elements of Raiser’s Edge database including online gift processing, record cleanup, gift entry, payroll deductions, EFT processing, pledge creation, and gift stewardship.- Serves as leader of the advancement communications team and develops and maintains content and design for necessary web pages and social media accounts as well as e-mail and print communications for several areas within the department.

- Maintained strong communication with constituents by creating and sending various electronic and print publications on behalf of the offices of Alumni Relations and University Advancement - Created, updated and maintained Alumni Relations and University Advancement online presence (including but not limited to web pages and social media outlets)- Managed/oversaw various elements of Raiser’s Edge database - Wrote and edited articles for various University publications

- Functioned as liaison between alumni and the University- Maintained webpages for the Office of Alumni Relations and Alumni Chapters- Continuous Alumni Database Management using the Raiser’s Edge program- Wrote and edited articles for publication in the Tower WVSU Alumni Magazine- Assisted in the solicitation of alumni donations and general fundraising efforts to support students with book funds- Assisted with donor prospect research for various campaigns
