- Implemented the SP Global Quality Auditing Program at Bray- SP Quality contact for all vendors- Lead Auditor for all existing and potential vendors including scheduling, executing and reporting- Tracking and evaluation of vendor performance- Quality representative involved in all material/supplier changes- Management of the Vendor Complaint System working closely with the affected area, Supply Chain and Vendor- Assisted in the accumalation of information for updating and initialising component and raw material specifications- Coordination and completion of Technical Agreements- Support Quality Unit by performing Quality sign off on various documents eg. SOP/BR updates, deviations- Supervision and coordination of QAS team responsible for sampling, incoming inspection, line audits, retain samples, temperature monitoring- Review and approval of incoming inspection reports- Provide Quality Metrics for Supplier QC and QAS departments- Assist with APR's- Management/participation in improvement projects using Six Sigma methodology

- Supporting the Supplier QC Coordinator - with Quality Metrics and data related to the Supplier QC and QAS functions, vendor audit requests, vendor assessment and monitoring - Internal Audits- Preparing schedules and the supervision of incoming inspection on all packaging components- Review of inspection reports- Gathering information for Vendor Deviations and communicating with Vendors to resolve issues

- Logging, sampling and inspection of components per specification and sampling plans- Production line audits per BR requirements- Reporting of deviations, complaints or any issues to Area Supervisor- Cross trained in both Sterile and Non Sterile facility
