Since starting at New Millennium I have been able to build relationships with customers, coworkers, and logistics companies. I have expanded my skills in communication, task management, etc. I love learning new things and am always willing to learn as much as I possible can to expand my knowledge in the steel industry. She has tried to learn as much as she can to understand how the loads are put together and how to determine if material is missing and where it might belong. Some of this is nearly impossible for her to know due to split sequences and fill material that is added to loads. She has been much more detail oriented and accurate on her scanning tags from pouches and BOL's. She seems to truly care about doing a good job and doing it correctly. I really cant complain, she has shown a tremendous amount of improvement and is always willing to ask questions if she doesnt understand or can not figure out an issue. “
