We run quotes for the top insurers to find the best company and help you through the process of buying a policy and maintaining it. We are not an insurance company; we help you find the best policy for your situation.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Financial Planning Center I have made significant changes to the management of personnel and the day-to-day operations of the firm. Starting as an entry level receptionist I was able to identify at every level within the company where we could use improvement. In each advancement in the company I worked on improving the position to maximize its efficiency and the use of technology. As a result we have been first of our peers to utilize certain technology to enhance client experience and management. In marketing I took a risk and went away from direct marketing/web marketing and diverted all those funds into our client appreciation and events. This has increased client retention, referrals, and quality of new clients. As important to us as out clients are, so are our team members. Along the way, in an effort to improve the team member experience and be a competitive employer I have added a retirement plan for employees with an employer match, paid health insurance, paid maternity/paternity leave, bring your baby to work option, salary positions, direct deposit payroll, paid vacation time, paid Christmas break and holidays, and work from home options. We want our team to feel like they are a part of a family, and that we always take care of family. As director of Philanthropy it was my honor to vet, select, and fund various charitable organizations that help women and children in the Austin and Central Texas Area. I've worked with a long list of organizations through TWIB including Dress for Success, Seedling Mentors, Austin Child Guidance Center, Healing our Hero, The Austin Diaper Bank, the Girls Empowerment Network (GEN Club) and many others.
