I am currently employed by Western Fair Association. This workplace has been a great environment for me to be able to learn many new skills and be put out of my comfort zone while also being able to complete my degree at Western University.

Beginning around the age of 17 I began officially receiving regular babysitting jobs in both Cambridge and London. Despite babysitting since the age of 15 and also assisting with a home daycare from the age of 10 onwards. These jobs allowed me to be able to get my foot in the door for higher future opportunities. Following this I worked for approximately a year at a privately owned daycare in Byron. Here I was able to gain skills in regard to the format of an official workplace job in childcare. Also, I was able to experience the supervising of multiple children of different ages by myself. Lastly, I assisted families by being a private live-out nanny in London Ontario. Two families in particular helped me to gain a full time experience with helping multiple children in a home environment setting. This allowed me to be able to create schedules and structures for different age groups.
