For the past few years I have began working in validations and understanding the complexities involved in governmental regulations and manufacturing/laboratory equipment validations, as well as test method development and transfer. Working with URS/FRS/DS, FMEA, RA, IQ/OQ, and PV/PQ for nutritional analysis instrumentation and software. I have managed multiple projects concurrently while providing assistance in procedure from governing agencies and assisting in creating a new template for a streamlined approach using COTS systems and software to reduce waste of resources in simple projects that have been vetted by manufacturers. I also have over 5 years of experience working in a laboratory setting. I am proficient at collecting data, testing, weighing, using lab equipment and maintaining equipment. I have worked closely with research and development and quality departments to implement and maintain new systems and procedures. I can effectively follow SOP's as well as suggest and communicate possible revisions and changes to increase productivity. I also have developed a system for better documentation in a pharmaceutical compounding laboratory to better meet federal regulations, reduce waste and streamline processes. This increased productivity and output. At this time I also provided input for a more efficient laboratory design while researching the new USP 800 guidance at the time prior to implementation for a laboratory upgrade.
