I work as a Senior Account Manager for Meridian Business Support and I have 18 years working in the recruitment and specialist sector, specialising in Industrial Recruitment Temp and Perm roles.Within the 18 year timeframe, 6 years of that was working as an Onsite Account Manager which gaveMe a huge amount of knowledge on working towards targets, KPI’s, ensuring mass orders were full filled and daily de briefs were carried out to ensure a fast and efficient onsite process. Worked in depth on Health and Safety, carrying out health and safety audits, acting Swiftly on RIDDOR reports. Working with our clients and maintaining strong,Resilient relationships and managing their requirements is what I strive on, complete client satisfaction. I have recently qualified in my Business and Management Development programme in which I thoroughly enjoyed, my key moto which I have always stood by is that you never stop learning in recruitment and no two days are them same which makes it so much more enjoyable!
