Expended all aspects of clinical, operational and financial management related to leading 12 teams providing clinical coverage for thousands of annual procedures in numerous hospitals spanning several states. Supported high annual revenue with accountability for all clinical, operational, financial, growth, quality and engagement targets. Led numerous company-wide initiatives, driving coordination and collaboration among interdepartmental teams. Drove increase in growth, increase in revenue, increase in Contribution Margin (CM)%, and decreased cost-per-procedure (CPP). Created nationwide strategic growth plan to identify, track and retain surgical interns, residents and fellows. Developed regional cross-coverage guidelines, streamlining communications, improving efficiencies, and reducing incidents of missed cases.

Recognized growing client need for Neurodiagnostic services, including Electroencephalography (EEG) and transcranial doppler (TCD). Identified numerous avenues of opportunity and created several service delivery models. Created internal procedures, policies and documents related to staffing, training, associate evaluations, equipment needs, inventory management, documentation, compliance, quality tracking, client invoicing and insurance billing. Generated hundreds of resources, including marketing content, and trained national Business Development Team on how to identify opportunities, assess individualized needs, and create customized pricing proposals. Worked closely with equipment and supply vendors and built relationships with nationwide neurodiagnostic training programs as staffing sources. Provided nationwide guidance and support in identifying opportunities, and creating, and implementing client-customized Neurodiagnostic programs, leading to the creation of numerous multi-facility, multi-service neurodiagnostic teams, each with dedicated leadership, across the county.

Oversaw all clinical, operational and financial management related to leading 6 teams (consisting of 6 clinical managers and 31 associates) providing clinical coverage for 6K annual procedures over 16 hospitals and surgery centers. Support of more than $10M in annual revenue, while creating and implementing growth strategy and contract negotiations. After major acquisition, successfully integrated >50 associates into North Region teams. Assessed staffing needs, and developed employee engagement and retention programs.

Concurrent with Clinical Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Manager role, created and managed a team of EEG Technologists covering high volumes at multiple level I trauma centers. Managed all scheduling, clinical consulting, inventory management, budgeting, credentialing, compliance, evaluations, training, conflict resolution and maintaining surgeon satisfaction. Created all EEG service policies, protocols and procedures. Generated and executed a recurring communication cadence with administrators, in-house teams, and surgeons. Stabilized and grew program to justify need for dedicated EEG Clinical Manager.

Managed team of surgical neurophysiologists at a high-volume, level 1 trauma center. Led scheduling, clinical consulting, inventory management, budgeting, credentialing, compliance, evaluations, training, conflict resolution and maintaining surgeon satisfaction. Developed system to improve credentialing compliance, and produced clinical documentation guide to ensure compliance with all medical, legal and insurance requirements. 100% Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) audit pass rate.

Provided intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM), from out-patient clinics to Level I trauma centers, for all patient populations. Provided coverage in manager's absence, created hospital reference notes, and served as Clinical Educator.
