I focused my practice almost exclusively on civil litigation, including contract disputes, employment matters, insurance matters, collection matters, real estate disputes, landlord/tenant matters, and general business disputes. I handled all stages of litigation, including evaluating a file, preparing to file suit, conducting discovery, including taking.

I provided support for all of the firm's practice areas including real estate, estate-planning, personal injury, construction litigation, and business litigation. Tasks and responsibilities included legal research, drafting and filing of litigation motions and discovery, developing demand packages, communicating regularly with insurance companies, drafting.

I worked with a team on a short-term research project funded by a recent class action law suit on consumer law. Assignments included legal research and comparison of consumer protection laws across the 50 states.

I assisted a solo attorney in various areas of civil litigation, including medical malpractice, employment discrimination, and products liability. Tasks included conducting client intakes, drafting complaints, drafting discovery requests, answers, and motions, researching and writing legal memoranda, drafting settlement demands, and communicating with.

I assisted one attorney and one trust and estate administrator in the administration of probate estates, constructing wills and trusts, preparing and filing of private foundations, and communicating with clients.
