I have been in the hair industry for a total of 15 years. I started as a stylist at Great Clips in January of 2008. After 6 months with the company I moved up to an assistant manager. I was promoted to manager of the Longmont salon in August of 2011. Where I earned a main sail award. I worked as the manager at that location until 2017 when I was transferred to our St Vrain location also in Longmont.My next step with the company was I became an area manager, where I continued to manage my home salon, and helped our leaders continue to lead their salons. I over saw 5-6 other salon leaders and their teams.
