We strive to meet T-Mobile’s goal in providing a welcoming and diverse work atmosphere while encouraging everyone to #BeYou and build a sense of belonging within the call center. In the time I have been Co-Lead I have rebuilt the DE&I Chapter Council, streamlined all processes for event procedures and created structure and communication monthly and quarterly with site leaders to assist with driving excitement and participation in upcoming events. From February to May I have been able to raise local DE&I participation by 7% while losing over 95 of our local Experts due to policy changes. My end of year goal is to raise participation from 55% to 75% locally.WAN LeadJanuary 2020 - December 2021Chair Lead of the Women’s and Allies network I worked to help fellow women have a voice and a seat at the table. Utilizing book clubs and electronic communication I was able to maintain participation through COVID and WFH.WLN Co-ChairMarch 2018 - January 2020Co-Chair Lead of the Women’s and Allies network I worked to help fellow women have a voice and a seat at the table. My personal goal was to help women understand that they have a seat at the table, they only need to take it. For 3 or more years we partnered with Habitat for Humanity to build houses for those in need. In 2019 we set our sights large to build a house for one person from the ground up. For this project I managed the scheduling, communication, and expectations of over three hundred T-Mobile employees while making sure there was minimal impact to our T-Mobile customers. This was an overwhelming success that we followed up with a home warming party for the homeowner at T-Mobile. Show less
