Developed and managed Montana's statewide Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Program which was passed by the 2013 Montana legislature. The program provided standards and accountability for implementing the PCMH model and standards for value-based payment supporting the model by Montana payers, with a safe-harbor from anti-trust laws. I supported various health policy efforts including educating health insurance consumers; implementing the Affordable Care Act; clarifying insurance coverage for patients in cancer clinical trials; and studies on an all-payer, all-claims database.

- Coordinated organizing meetings with speakers and advertising throughout thecommunity.- Executed a successful panel discussion on clean energy with eighty attendees. Theevent received front page press in the Helena Independent Record, was featured in theQueen City News and filmed by Helena Civic Television.
