My Journey with RACQ started in 2020 when I was offered a role in branch as a member engagement consultant and shortly after completed the training required to undertake a specialist role as well as a bank treasury position. For the last 12 months I have also been heavily involved in the RACQ local giving program which has allowed me to be hands on and contribute in a way that supports one of my greatest passions which is community and volunteering. I was responsible for the end-to-end application process, communication during the application process and meeting the organisations for media opportunities following funding. My role with the RACQ Local Giving Program has been invaluable since coming on board as part of the RACQ Foundation team. On a much smaller scale, I have been able to bring the knowledge and process over to support my new position. I have a strong commitment and focus to assistance programs which benefit local communities who may be experiencing hardship in some form.
