I have spent the last 6 years working my way up through the ranks of a large retail sales chain. I went from Sales Assistant to Operations Manager to Floor Manager and 2iC of the store and a team of about 8 sales staff. This job helped me greatly with patience in dealing with customers and helping with all sorts of technical issues and having them leave my store with their problem solved and happy with our service. I have exceptional skills in tech support and making things easy to understand for all types of customers.
