Design process and solutions for global healthcare service parts supply chain organization• Design solutions that integrate seamlessly with Salesforce CRM platform, to fulfill customer orders on time, first time right, focusing on our customers’ needs to provide care to their patients • Provide business and systems direction for projects both small (e.g. improve CRM ordering processes by interfacing new master data elements), and large (e.g. transition 100+ warehouses across multiple continents to a new logistics provider)• Work with business process owners to design workable processes that comply with regulatory (FDA, EU-MDR, NMPA), trade, and Philips corporate requirements• Work with cross-functional teams in multiple platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP ECC/APO/GTS/SNC, SPM) to design integrated processes and solutions• Ensure quality solutions that align with design principals, support global processes, reduce logistics / operational costs and meet sustainability targets• Manage 21 CFR Part 11 requirements definition and user requirements specification creation • Engage with Q&R to ensure compliance with system validation requirements• Support diverse organization with SAP functionality as in-house consultant• Collaborate with IT to redesign non-standard processes using standard SAP functionality• Establish and maintain quality central repository of SAP documentation, e.g. batch jobs, output types, document flows, customizations, etc.• Manage user access and support SOX compliance
