Extensive experience in international programme and project management within the Banking industry, with specific focus on Custody , Fund Administration and Depository Bank services. Areas of expertise include setting up centres of excellence, managing insourcing/outsourcing programmes, roll-out of new products, analysis and reaction to regulatory change, new business integration, process re-engineering and service optimisation within client relationship management. Fluent in English and German (with good knowledge of various other European languages). Intercultural sensitivity through years of working within international teams and own experience of moving from South Africa to Germany in my early twenties.
