HR Tech Partners kerneopgave er at yde rådgivning og projektledelse inden for tværfeltet mellem HR, IT, Løn og teknologi og være med til at effektivisere og digitalisere fremtidens HR afdelinger.

Responsible for digitalizing HR processes at Nordkysten.Managing various HR projectsHRIS responsible. Project Managing the implemtation of HRIS.Responsible for identifying, optimizing and digitalize all HR processes.

Optimizing, digitalizing and supporting HR- and payroll administrative processes.- Ensuring succesful HR operation on nordic level in a Shared Service setup covering +2.000 employees. (SSC located in Romania, later Berlin)- Ensuring and manage the transfer of HR operational knowledge, processes and administration locally to internal HR Hub's.- Digitalize/semi-automate contract & addendum production process, outsourcing of Nordic payroll, Harmonization of global HR Ops. processes, Mobility project, implementation of digital signature (globally). Outsourcing of payroll, EMEA region.- Ensuring successfull payroll of 4 entites. Project managing different HR related projects and advising managers on HR operating matters (Absence, mobility, recruitment, contracts/addendums, salary review, data insight & reporting, legal queries etc) and vendor management (KPI, SLA & cost control)

My responsibility was to ensure the quality of the danish payroll for the Nordic clients and to advise on legal queries regarding vacation, absence, taxation, reconciliation and other HR and Payroll related matters. Buliding HR data reports to the clients by the use of ODBC, EXCEL and Macros.Besides that I gave advise on processes to be optimized and involved in various projects focusing on the optimization of processes - ex. Onboarding, training, employer branding, payroll processes.I was GDPR responsible for the Nordic Payroll Team and one of the main drivers ensuring GDPR compliance across the payroll department.Flair for IT systems: giving internal support for the Intranet, Azets Work, Epos payroll system.
