I keep my office as paperless as possible and keep up on the latest green and sustainable building practices, processes, and materials. I'm an active member of the Northeast Florida chapter of the US Green Building Council, and participate in local river cleanups and other environmental initiatives. I also network constantly to connect green businesses with potential customers.I am a full-time, full-service real estate agent. I sell homes for a living, and I love my work. I believe that anyone who honors me with their real estate business deserves my full attention. A real estate transaction is a complicated process with lots of moving parts. When I go to work for you, I become your trusted advisor, patient listener, knowledgeable practitioner and great negotiator. I am passionate about Jacksonville's wonderful and varied architecture. I work all areas of Northeast Florida, with an emphasis on Jacksonville's more urban neighborhoods, such as San Marco, where I live, as well as Riverside, Avondale, and Springfield. The history of a home and its unique features are what attract me to existing construction.
