I guide an assigned new teacher in utilizing planning time, developing lessons to differentiate for all learners, and enhancing his/her knowledge of the ELA curriculum. I also provide emotional support and observation feedback. Additionally, I observe the classroom one a month and meet with the new teacher twice a month. This provides growth opportunities and encourages overall well-being.
