I am a believer in people. I think that developing authentic relationships is the key to success in any setting. It has been my experience that when people feel valued, seen and appreciated they will naturally become more intrinsically motivated as they enjoy the work environment, therefore placing higher value on themselves and ultimately the work they are doing.For more than 15 years I have worked in various capacities and roles within the field of education. I have held positions such as traditional and online classroom teacher in public education, Adult Education, CTE, Advisor, Administrator and Coordinator. These positions have allowed me to see and participate in education on so many levels, providing me with a vast knowledge in teamwork and collaboration as well as building and maintain a positive and motivating workplace culture. I have learned the importance growth mindset and to never stop learning.
