I work with children birth to three with developmental delays and disabilities. I develop and maintain relationships with families. I am responsible for developing an individual service plan for each child on my case load. I am proficient in the cornerstone computer system. I am directly responsible for arranging therapy evaluations, assessments,and direct therapy services for children. I also work closely with the local school districts to transition children into special education services when they turn three.

Assisting families with children experiencing a crisis situation. I was responsible for writing individual family plans, direct supervision of the staff, worked directly with children, meal planning, and I was a cofacilitator of parenting groups.
