Work collaboratively with the Director of Operations and/or various functional departments …-To provide support and guidance on all internal and external HR-related matters.-To develop organizational guidelines and procedures for HR related matters.-To streamline communication and provide transparency around policies and procedures.-To support talent acquisition by owning all aspects of the hiring lifecycle, including applicant screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and retention; advise on workforce and succession planning. Maintain all external candidate interfaces (i.e. Indeed, Glassdoor, etc) to reflect the company in the best light.-To maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.-To enhance and refine a performance management program that aligns with the goals and culture of the company. -To stay up to date with latest HR trends and best practices-To maintain up-to-date electronic employee files.-To conduct research, reporting analysis and special projects as requested.-To provide support for employee fringe benefit programs such as fitness/wellness, parking, gifts, etc.-To process employee exits – complete all paperwork, conduct exit interviews and review exit survey with employee.-To support documentation of employee issues and appropriate communication amongst all involved parties.-To develop and facilitate HR training for employees and managers.-To maintain SOX compliance with all HR related controls.-To research and shares ideas for new programs and initiatives to continuously improve the organization.-Provide back-up support to the accounts payable team with invoice coding and entry.-Provide logistics support for the annual Alliance Conference; process group travel, mailing and shipping, branded merchandise, operational support and supervision.
