Provide clerical services in support of Connolly Healthcare’s centralized medical chart review unit. Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner. Navigate client claim systems in support of auditing operations. Assist auditing team in support of auditing functions. Responsible for cost containment activities for the unit. Possess knowledge of HIPAA-related privacy rules and regulations.Maintain working knowledge of MS Office applications.
