With over 15 years of leadership in the health and fitness industry, Amanda has held executive leadership roles in the fastest growing fitness brand in history; Orangetheory Fitness. From franchise license sales to an international Merger and acquisition, Amanda supported the development of 50 studio locations worldwide. In 2015 in her role as VP of sales and operations Amanda and her partners scaled from 2 locations and $2mm P&L to $20m P&L in 18 months. Holding the vision for the quickly growing organization, Amanda’s primary focus was developing leaders and recruiting top performers from around the country. As Amanda led an organization of nearly 200 team members, she utilized her self-development journey and high performance training to coach leaders though out the organization to step into their highest potential and support the rapid growth of the organization. In 2017 Amanda felt called to increase her impact from the health and fitness space to focus on developing and coaching leaders across multiple industries and businesses worldwide. Amanda coaches and consults for multiple emerging fitness and wellness franchise brands. She supports education in sales and marketing to help franchisees get their locations operating more profitably from the start!Through continuous study of influence, high-performance and presence, Amanda brings powerful transformation to the franchise owners and brands that she coaches.Passionate about global transformation Amanda volunteers time annually to support an all girls secondary school in Africa; She also teaches entrepreneurship and job readiness inside state prisons with the organization Hustle 2.0. She loves to travel the world and experience life with the people she loves the most.
