Mrs. Graham has 22 years of experience as an IT professional. She completed her M.S. degree in Information Technology: Project Management in December 2013, graduating as one of the top students in her class with a 4.0 GPA. In recognition of her academic achievements, she was inducted into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi in April 2013. She has also been a certified Scrum Master since November 2012, with 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Team Lead. Mrs. Graham also has more than 8,000 hours of Project Management experience, with 1,500 of those hours acquired through academia.In her current job role, Mrs. Graham provides Scrum Master and Team Lead support, to include: facilitating daily Scrum stand-ups as well as Sprint Retrospectives and Planning meetings; grooming of the Sprint backlog and prioritizing Sprint objectives; providing weekly team status to management and attending Scrum of Scrums meetings; defining milestones and Epic and Story acceptance criteria; managing dependencies and risks; leading Sprint demos and planning sessions; and formally presenting team accomplishments, status, and future plans and schedules to stakeholders and senior management on a monthly basis. She also frequently provides coaching of Agile Scrum practices and processes for an entire project and regularly provides recommendations for change and/or improvements.
