• Welcoming new members into the chapter of Alpha Chi Omega • Designing powerpoints, activities, and bonding events to teach new members about the national and regional history of Alpha Chi • Leading dedications, required new member meetings, with a focus on different ways of being a real strong woman, prioritizing studies/school with specific action plans dependent upon major/concentration, and opportunities within Alpha Chi's organization both regionally and nationally to become a more involved member• Hosting Bid Day by preparing banners, name placards, decorations, games for integrating new members with lifetime members, and providing amble time for the new members to meet with each other

• Choreograph a 3-4 minute dance piece each semester that is shown in the end of semester showcase• Lead practices and teach choreography to 15-23 dancers for 1-2 hours per week • Stage and create interesting dynamics of the dancers for the audience to watch

• Generate bonding activities for students with different interests to participate in• Communicate with outside vendors and complete required university-issued forms • Lead the team at all performances and events on and off campus• Coordinate and plan trips to New York, Providence, and other locations within Massachusetts ensuring that all members can participate in these opportunities• Developing team dynamics so everyone on the team feels welcomed and comfortable in the environment

• Manage the three monetary accounts for the team • Organize 3 fundraisers for the team to travel and host our own showcase• Budget the funds that are needed for events and performances, prioritizing how funds should be dispersed

• Provide guidance and collaborative experience for students through their coursework (General Biology, Genetics and Molecular Biology, Biological Psychology)• Prepare 30 students for their courses by creating individualized study plans and strategies

• Conducted invitro release kinetic studies and analyzed the data to develop a sustained release profile of an active pharmaceutical ingredient • Designed experiments with equipment including the Instron, Lyophilizer, and pH meter to analyze characteristics of different gels determining which was the best for continuing with further Proof of Concept experiments • Prepared polymer samples in a clean and aseptic environment to be used in cytotoxicity, bioburden, and endotoxin testing to prepare for future animal trials • Utilized HPLC data analysis software program, Empower, to identify concentrations of chemicals within a sample

• Generated and facilitated lesson plans for dancers aged from 2 to 18 years old, considering differences in ability and experience• Collaborated with dance teachers to prepare for dance performances by communicating important information such as arrival and performance times with parents when necessary
