I was born and raised in Vancouver and have called North Vancouver home since 2012. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (Hons.) from U.B.C. in 2001, graduated from U.B.C. law school in 2004 and was called to the B.C. bar in 2005. My practice is focused on family law, wills and estates and personal injury defence. I have gained extensive experience in a wide variety of family law matters, including divorce settlements, business valuations, marriage and cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, parenting issues, child and spousal support, adoptions and mobility rights. In my wills and estate practice I assist clients with preparation of wills, powers of attorney, appointment of committees, representations agreements as well as advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries on estate and trust administration issues. In addition to representing clients in negotiations and mediations to successfully resolve conflicts as efficiently as possible, I also have significant experience as a trial lawyer.
