I am a Public Management student at Berea Technical College, pursuing my diploma and gaining practical experience in the public sector. I have a passion for learning how to effectively manage public resources and services, and to bring a fresh and innovative perspective to the team.Currently, I work as a Work Experience Program participant at eThekwini Municipality, where I assist my manager with various administrative and analytical tasks. I have developed and demonstrated my problem solving, communication, and data analysis skills, as well as my ability to work with diverse stakeholders and handle multiple tasks. I have also contributed to the generation and collection of information for statistical reporting purposes, and supported the coordination of meetings and appointments. I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my knowledge and skills to improve the quality and efficiency of public administration, and to achieve positive outcomes for the community.
