Small law practice located in North County San Diego, providing legal services in the area of family law. Legal services include matters of marital agreements, dissolution, annulments, legal separation, spousal support, child support and visitation, paternity suits, move-away requests, post-dissolution modifications, domestic violence (restraining orders), domestic partnership agreements, adoption, and guardianships.

Provide pro bono work for clients by compiling Temporary Restraining Order requests. Perform initial client intake, screening, and interviews. Draft client declarations and all other necessary TRO documents to be filed with the court.

Performed environmental remediation and insurance defense work on behalf of public entities. Represented the San Diego Unified Port District in administrative proceedings before the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding remediation of contaminated sediment in San Diego Bay. Drafted submissions to the Regional Board and conducted discovery. Performed extensive legal research on a broad range of legal issues, and conducted extensive Concordance document review. Also represented City of Merced and Port District as insurance defense counsel.

Performed pro bono and paid legal research and writing. Focused on pro bono legal work for Mississippi Center for Justice regarding the applicable standard of proof and causation necessary for BP oil spill claimants to assert claims.
