I have partnered with our broker to change benefit providers to help minimize health care increases, and to bring in new benefits for our employees. I set up our HRIS system and online training platform, as well as the ATS system that we currently use. These initiatives have enabled the HR department to be more effective and work on initiatives that affect employee retention and engagement, therefore driving down our turnover, and increasing employee satisfaction.
