• Leading weekly Women’s Bible Study• Building relationship with the Daycare via visiting and doing a devotion with the children• Hospital, nursing home, and Shut-in Visits• Teach confirmation at the Lutheran School, as well as work with the public school children for confirmation on an as needed basis• Staff support for the Youth Group Lead a weekly Bible Study with the Youth• Manage Social Media presence for the church (this includes uploading services for people to watch when they cannot attend)• Organize and plan the Christmas Program• Play organ for chapel• Assist Pastor in writing/planning the weekly services• Oversee the music aspects of the church* played organ for Wed night services

• Providing web support to John Deere Dealers for the following applications (this is not an all-inclusive list): Profile Administration, JDQuote2, JDWarranty, Service Admin Portal, DTAC, CA/Webhelpr, John Deere University (JDU)• Troubleshoot problems encountered such as inability to log into Deere Applications• Identify occurring problems with Deere applications to help the next level of support• An available resource to the new people within the group as well as the seasoned personnel

• Active/Daily use with AD/RACF/Host/TIM• Works on a daily basis with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook• User account support (examples include reset users password, extend users account)• Web site, file-management troubleshooting• Helped assist being the face of the team by responding to emails sent to shared mailbox• Works daily with Extract to remove users access after leaving the company
