I worked with Walmart for over 5 years. I started as a cashier, and moved up to being a team lead. I worked with customer service and satisfaction everyday. I was able to multitask and help in many areas of Walmart. My job was to teach and train new associates on everyday processes, from zoning and making their area look good for customers to working getting the product on the shelf. I also mentored new team leads, and trained associates interested in moving up. I supported upper management by delegating tasks out to associates and following up to ensure the tasks are getting done and completed. I also have a Micro Computing and Systems Degree. I’m triple certified through CompTiA with A+, Network+, and Security+ certificates. Hardware and software support specialist certification. Proficient with Microsoft Windows and programs. I have since relocated to Food Lion, where I am a Customer Service Manager. I manage the front end and the online shop service we offer. I also support the store manager in day-to-day functions. I also take care of hiring and onboarding new hires, and following up on training and how new associates are fitting it. I also work with fellow Customer Service Managers by assisting them with questions and concerns. I also manage the cash office and maintain records.
