• Delivery of all Property legal compliance to the estate approx 700no stores ensuring Asbestos, Portable Appliance Testing, Electrical Periodic Inspections, Gas and EPBD’s are undertaken on time and to British standards.• To manage and monitor key suppliers and contractors who deliver the above property compliance approximate value £1m per annum.• Reporting to the Head of Property current figures and performance reports in all of the compliance areas to ensure a 100% compliant estate.• Reviewing compliance certification to ensure all outstanding items are complete to remain compliant.• Leading external meetings with contractors to ensure all standards are met and deadlines are met with SLA’s.• Validating quotations and raising purchase orders/instruction contractors where further orders are required, ensuring value for money and in-line with the contracts commercial terms and operational budget.• To offer assistance and support to the Property helpdesk Team when required, this involves taking calls from stores with property issues and taking the necessary action with external contactors to resolve new and ongoing property mainetnance issues.• Responsible for Group Asbestos Register at Phones 4u and reviewing of Asbestos Management Policy and other policies i.e Legionella.• To ensure all external contractors have been assessed under the SSIP scheme and checking all insurance documents on file are up to date and Phones 4u has an approved contractor database.• Ensuring all accurate Risk Assessments and Method Statements are received & are relevant to the work been carried out by on site contractors. Ensuring each site has a CDM File.• Liaison with Phones 4u internal Health and Safety Advisor and external liaison with Fire Officers and EHO.• Performance management of the security contract ensuring all properties and other assets including stock are protected at all times reducing Phones 4u insurance premiums and landlords building insurance.

• To administer key suppliers to undertake the security and property compliance related checks to the whole of the P4U Retail Estate, including DSG stores in certain areas.• Delivering accurate administrative skills and analysing supplier service against SLA’s.• Administer and analyse incident reports looking for adverse commercial, risk and compliance trends • Providing continuous support and assistance to Property Senior Management. • Undertaking financial administration of Risk, Security and Compliance related costs. • Administering and reporting P4U responsiveness to security incidents and intruder alarms.

• Selectively chosen to work in this department by the management team. • I took part in a programme named The Service Club, helping the stores generally improve the Customer service provided to their customers by offering advice and feedback on what they do.• Helped out in the training department by creating an electronic visual application, which guided new starters to use the in-house systems whilst in the training period.• Supply new starters within training and advice for their new role by conducting one to one coaching and training seminars.
