Service Manager
CurrentTake calls from and schedule crews to address customer service needs to include site visits if deemed necessary to expedite repairsSchedule, in coordination with the project manager, all manpower under your direct report to insure efficient use of manpowerProvide quotes as necessary for all service or smaller contract projects. Assure that technicians are completing all work orders in accordance with ADA requirements to include complete service forms, photos if required, signatures or a confirmation phone call with the customer if the customer is offsite and confirm that all labor is properly accounted for on the work ticketAssure that all inventory or purchased items for said work order is included on the work order and the work order is 100% complete Assist technicians with any questions and/or find resources to get questions answeredWork with technicians to make sure they have full inventory on their van. Track Inventory, provide annual inventory reports and transfer inventory when applicableConduct and document weekly tool box talks and insure that all employees are provided and trained to use all PPE required by ADA and our clientsMonitor Policy and Warranty issues to address deficiencies either from our techs or manufacturers to mitigate this costObtain Sales/Profit Goals for the year
