-Perform duties for outpatients such as: triage, taking vitals, obtaining accurate and detailed medical history, entering charges, creating estimates, generating and filling computerized prescriptions, venipuncture and lab sample submission, digital radiology, administering all ordered treatments prior to patients’ discharge-Perform duties relating to ER/ICU inpatients such as: responsible for all in-hospital patients’ treatments (TPRs, medication administration, post op care, PBRC/FFP transfusion administration and monitoring, etc), placement and maintenance of IV catheters (cephalic, saphenous, medial saphenous, pedal and jugular – including central lines and PICC lines), placement and maintenance of NG/NE tubes, placement and maintenance of nasal O2 cannulas, placement and maintenance of male and female canine urinary catheters, placement and maintenance of male feline urinary catheters, medical calculations, drawing up and administering medications (IV, IM, SQ) including injectable anesthesia and CRIs, intubation and extubation of dogs and cats, surgical suite setup, patient surgical prep, maintaining/monitoring anesthesia, cleaning, wrapping and sterilization of surgical instruments and packs-Train new hires on protocols/SOPs, procedures, and all technical skills necessary to work in ER/ICU

Venipuncture, IV catheter placement and maintenance, endotracheal tube placement, anesthesia induction and monitoring, ICU patient care, maintaining in-hospital patient records, medical calculations, client communication, patient triage, in house laboratory (Catalyst, ProCyte, SnapShot, EPOC, urinalysis, ear cytology, etc), emergency and critical care.

Photograph commencement ceremonies, coordinate with Dean/Superintendent at commencement site flow and plan for day. High level of professionalism and organization needed on every site.
