Create move in action plans based off of safety and space constraints.Provide weekly updates to the customer regarding install progress and next steps. Coordinate and schedule parts and tooling move in and out of the cleanroom environment. Lead first of its kind modification work on our tool set. Conduct meetings with the customer as well as fellow TEL engineers on problem solving. Work with a team of engineers with varying experience and expertise to come to a common next step. Provide technical support to field service, modification/conversion, and install engineers with troubleshooting, repairing, and updating mechanical, electrical, exhaust, and software systems on our tool sets. Utilize Kepner Tregoe (KT) troubleshooting in day to day issues. Set up detailed data tracking to be implemented across multiple sites. Manage data repositories with accurate and up to date information. Conduct safety audits of both office and cleanroom areas.

Assist the professor in teaching Fluid Mechanics through grading quizzes and exams, aiding students in group projects, answering questions, conducting review sessions, and developed an Excel spreadsheet to more accurately track student grades.

Working with a research team, developed PZT specimens using a 10% PVA solution using a Printrbot Simple Metal 3D Printer with varying infill parameters and paste treatments to achieve high piezoelectric responses uniformly across multiple specimen.

Perform the necessary functions of being an attractions cast member of the Tomorrowland Speedway. This include greeting guests, making magic, ensuring each guest has a safe and enjoyable ride, as well as opening and closing procedures of the attraction. Whilst there, I was able to communicate with many of the maintenance engineers to learn more about the inner workings of the Speedway ride vehicles. I was also given the opportunity to learn more about the engineering behind the scenes at the Disney Ultimate EnginEARing Exploration event where I got to communicate with several Disney engineers and design a new hypothetical attraction for Epcot.

Working with other engineering students, researched equivalent stress functions to predict multiaxial creep deformation, damage, and rupture. Led the team in learning how to program the tensile test machine using the company provided software to replicate the desired tests. Additionally, responsible for composing a detailed user’s guide on how to troubleshoot and operate the machine for future usage.

Conducted smoke particle research through burning lamp wick on a Fire Rod within an airtight container in order to produce the maximum amount of smoke over a prolonged period of time for the International Space Station Fire Prevention Program. Utilized the scientific method to vary each parameter and used problem solving skills to create a fastener for the lamp wick that would not burn during the experiment.
