I have worked with AEG Presents in the Great Lakes Region since 2019. During this time I have worked at the Majestic Theatre, the Royal Oak Music Theatre, the Masonic Temple Theatre, the Cathedral Theatre, and Mo Pop Music Festival; multiple years. I started as a Guest Services Attendant, and was quickly promoted to Guest Services Supervisor. Post Covid I returned to work as a Full-Time employee in the role of Office Manager for the Michigan venues in the region. I was then quickly promoted to the Operations Manager of the Masonic Temple & Cathedral Theatre. Recently I have returned to the Office Manager role and continue to improve efficiencies throughout the region and honed in on Employee Engagement with my mastery background in organizational leadership.
