I founded the Chicago CBT Center in 2010 to merge my research background with my clinical passion, and ultimately live out my mission to administer and disseminate therapies that work. The Chicago CBT Center treats thousands of patients every year, with a focus on applying innovations in the field of clinical psychology including exposure-based therapies, cognitive therapy, mindfulness training and motivational interventions. I am keen on therapies that help people focus on living more expansive, values-based lives and I am dedicated to living and employing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy values as well as compassion-focused and positive psychology interventions.

I opened The Twin Cities CBT Center in 2021 as a sister clinic of The Chicago CBT Center. As a native Minnesotan, a Carleton College graduate, and one of 7 Minnesotan siblings, I am excited to disseminate gold-standard therapies in my home state.
