Creates and monitors all proposals, bids and purchase orders. Serves as the go-to for all construction selections and orders. Assists in the preparation of budgets and expensesProject Manager- Supervise construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Works directly with all contractors during framing, HVAC, electrical and plumbing installations.Interior Designer-Works closely with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and builders, to determine how interior spaces will function, look, and be furnished. Read blueprints and must be aware of building codes and inspection regulations. Produces designs and drawings for construction and installation including floor plans, framing details, electrical and plumbing layouts. Drafts by hand or on computer-aided design (CAD) software for the plan drawings, construction documents which include schedules and attachments. Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project. Consider how the space will be used and how the clients will move through the space. Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs. Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements. Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.
