My career at GMAC RFC began as a temp when i first left college, I was then taken on full time when my initial temporary position came to its end. I was responsible for a number of Administrative task as well as handling both inbound and outbound customers calls ranging from general inquiries to complex complaints.I also became part of the training team ensuring all new team members got trained in delivering the same high standard of customer service.
