Assisted several Pediatricians with daily routines. Talked with parents and patients on the phone giving them advice per the provider's direction. Phoned in prescriptions. Roomed patients. Took vitals. Performed various point of care tests. Scheduled appointments. Entered vaccine information into Immpact.

Chosen to be on the core team for implementing LSS in the first Practice at Goodall Health Partners. Went to MInnesota for Dictionary Training. Worked with the core team members, clinical analysts and CIO and had a very successful Go Live. Continue working as a Medical Assistant using LSS while being available to the Providers and staff in the office with troubleshooting issues. I was a liaison between the office and the IT department relaying software problems. Assisted with Upgrade testing and training of End Users.

I worked in a Family Practice office for a very busy provider. I scheduled patients for office visits. Answered phone calls and gave patients advice per the providers direction. Roomed patients and took their vitals and histories. I gave immunizations and performed various point of care tests. Phoned in prescriptions and assisted the provider with various appointments including excisions. I was the office's Super User for LSS EHR which is what propelled me into the IT position I am in now.
