In 2020 I graduated with my MBA, Concentration in Finance which helped fuel my desire to make more spreadsheets and to constantly think about cash flows and my own impact on company performance.I started my career by dialing for dollars, and prepping hundreds of Mechanic's Lien notices. Over time I grew into more advanced roles, handling more complex accounts, and analyzing credit risk. In my most recent role as a Credit & Collections Manager, I now lead a team of six analysts and oversee the company's collections efforts, monitor credit risk, and manage cash application and bank reconciliations. I also work closely with our billing teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and help keep track of a growing list of portals that we use everyday. I love a good challenge and aim for finding practical solutions to tough problems. - In 2022 I implemented new credit & collection policies and procedures across four entities, and successfully reduced DSO numbers and lowered the bad debt risk.- In 2023 I successfully implemented two High Radius modules in just over four months to help streamline our credit & collection processes and further improve cash flow. - In 2024 I partnered with NCS Credit Services to build a new Mechanic's Lien & Bond Claim process to help further reduce credit risk with the expectation of also reducing DSO.Let's connect!
