• Professionally design and confidently deliver generic and bespoke training within the defined business requirements using variety of appropriate learning media, ranging from Induction to Intermediate level of complexity
• Accomplish 100% completion of knowledge tests and licence requirements and maintain mandatory in-house and industry certifications and are in line with FCA requirements
• Collaborate with Recruitment Partner to ensure the right capability is enforced, including conducting interviews for new handlers and for specific technical roles
