I trained representatives in selling in OR environment, protocol generation, P&T process, launch pull-through, healthcare economic presentations, IDN account management, and KOL development. Northern Va

I successfully drove the launch of Ofirmev to Washington DC & Northern Virginia area Anesthesiologists, Surgeons, CRNAs, Residents, Pharmacists, Critical Care Physicians, Hospitalists, OB/GYNs, and Trauma Physicians. I secured formulary addition at 8 area hospitals in < 6 months, and quadrupled sales from Q3 to Q4 2011. I also doubled territory sales from Q4 2011 to Q1 2012 and became first territory in nation to reach growth mode in Q2 2012.

During my tenure here, I advanced up through series of roles to Senior Institutional Sales Rep, charged with selling Plavix to Cardiologists, Neurologists, Hospitalists, Cardiac Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Emergency Physicians, and Intensivists across Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Winchester, and Harrisonburg, Virginia. I led a team of sales representatives selling Plavix and Coumadin at 16 hospitals in Washington DC and Northern Virginia. I introduced new innovative continuum of care analysis for Washington DC area that tracked patient use of Plavix from institutional prescription through entire prescription period to ensure guideline adherence. Additionally, I implemented a region-wide stroke initiative focused on mapping targeted stroke institutions to concentrate on growth areas.
