Over the last 3 years I have been involved in the delivery of multiple business projects across two different work streams within Police’s multi-year Transformational Programme. I was responsible for the approval of a Business Case, and managed the procurement process for the successful delivery of the Mobile Police Bases project. This project involved purchasing capital of 12 new customised vehicles which were delivered throughout New Zealand. As part of this project I managed a multi-million dollar budget with both capital and operational components. I also completed the successful delivery of the Rural Duties Offices Network project. Two of the other projects with the Transformational Programme are multi-year projects and over the last 3 years I have delivered various components which has seen the continuous success of these projects. I was also involved in an ICT project and managed the procurement process and drafted the Business Case. Throughout my time at Police I worked very well with the Project Sponsors to shape the projects and define the scope and direction. I was also involved in piloting the new Benefits Realisation Plan and Benefits reporting, which is now been implemented across all of the Transformation and change projects. Alongside working to PRINCE2 methodology I have had experience in creating key project documentation such as Business Cases, Project Plans, Project Closure Reports, Benefits Plans, Change Requests and other project documentation. In addition I regularly maintained and up-dated the weekly reports, schedule, risk, issues and dependencies.

I worked as a Senior Programme Coordinator at ACC Transformation Programme across various ICT projects. I was responsible for the financial management across multiple projects including monthly reports, tracking the general transactions, monthly journals and accruals, reconciliations and forecastingThroughout the project life cycle I raised and managed change requests for the projects where applicable, I maintained and up-dated the project schedules to provide weekly up-dates to the PMO. Part of my role involved developing and coordinating service design documentation with internal and external stakeholders. I worked closely with external stakeholders on various Statements of Work and ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

I currently work across 3 of WorkSafe's National Programmes: Agriculture, forestry and Clean air. I am responsible for the programmes scheduling of work, ensuring that the various work streams are being properly tracked while up-dating the risks and issues register. I am heavily involved with the programmes stakeholder engagement and this is key component in my role, dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.

I was the Programme coordinator in the ICT unit. I managed the programmes financials across various various different streams of work. I was responsible for the programmes procurement needs including developing and managing Statements of Work, contract variations and employing new contracting staff.
