Hello! I'm Amanda Jackson, a recent graduate from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a degree in Communication, specializing in Strategic Organizational Communication. As I step into the professional world, I am excited to apply the skills and knowledge I've gained in this dynamic field.During my time at BYU-Idaho, I had the opportunity to work in the Admissions office throughout my academic journey. I started as a student counselor, where I answered questions and guided prospective students through the application process. Later, I transitioned to the role of student processor, where I was responsible for processing transcripts and merging duplicate accounts. This progression allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the admissions process and hone my skills in managing complex tasks.When I'm not working or studying, I love spending time with friends and family at concerts. These moments are not only enjoyable but also remind me of the importance of connection and relationship-building—skills that are crucial in any professional setting.I'm enthusiastic about bringing my education and experiences to a forward-thinking organization and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
